1. This promotion from 27 March - 1 April, 2024 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants').
2. The promotion is valid on the G-Star RAW Outlet website from 27 March 2024 00:00:00 to 1 April 2024 23:59:59.
3. During the promotion period, Participants will receive up to 80%. The promotion only applies on selected items that are included in the 'Clearance' category.
4. This promotion is only valid via purchases through https://outlet.g-star.com/, the official G-Star RAW outlet.
5. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, within a term of 30 days after the Product has been received, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. The Buyer will not be permitted to exchange the Product for another Product. If the Buyer wishes to purchase another Product he/she will have to place a new order on the Website.
6. Some exclusions may apply and cannot be redeemed for purchases that have already been made.
7. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
8. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
9. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
10. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
11. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
