1. This promotion on May 20th, 2020 (hereafter: the "Promotion") will be offered by the seller to customers (hereafter: "Participants") in Germany and Austria.
2. The promotion starts on 20.05.2020 at 00:00 in the G-Star RAW Outlet online and Outlet Stores, excluding the Outlet Store Berlin. The promotion ends on the 25.05.2020 at 23:59. These conditions apply only in Germany and Austria.
3. During the promotion period, participants will receive an extra 25% discount on puchases done at www.outlet.g-star.com and in the Outlet Stores. This promotion applies to all items.
4. This promotion is only valid for orders placed on www.outlet.g-star.com and Outlet Stores in Germany and Austria, excluding the Outlet Store Berlin.
5. In the price shown on www.outlet.g-star.com, the applicable discount has not yet been applied. The discount will be deducted directly from the shopping cart.
6. The buyer will be entitled to return the product that has been delivered within a term of 30 days after the product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the seller, provided that the product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. The buyer will not be permitted to exchange the product for another product. If the buyer wishes to purchase another product he/she will have to place a new order on the website.
7. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.
8. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
9. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
10. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
11. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
12. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
