Puffer Whistler Short offers a comfy hood with a raised front and an extended peak. Cut in a shorter length this padded jacket has a drawcord inside to tighten the waist. The zipper is covered by a wind guard. Also the inner cuffs protect against the wind. Pockets are added to the waist and the inside.
