This skirt is unique in it's design. Inspired by the air force, this skirt is designed with lots of pleats to create that puffy effect. The stitchwork at the front refers to the parachutes. An over the knee length skirt, with an unconcealed zipper at front finsihed with a flat waistband at front and an elasticated waistband at the back.
