Which payment methods are available?

At the bottom of each page, you will find the different payment methods.

How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on your account page. When your order has been processed, the status will change to 'Completed'. You will then receive a shipment confirmation with a track & trace code. You can track your package by filling in your code on www.ups.com . In many countries, UPS allows you to change the delivery address after the first delivery attempt. You can check if this is possible for your region on the UPS website .

Where can I receive my order?

Your G-Star Outlet order can be delivered to:

- An address of your choosing, for example your home or work address (no P.O. box)
- A UPS Access Point/ Kiala Point (click here for an overview)

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs for your order are: € 5.95. Delivery is free for all orders above € 150.
Delivery prices may vary during promotions and offers.

Can multiple discounts be applied to my order (including vouchers)?

No. Per order, only one type of (voucher) discount can be applied.
If the voucher code is valid, the discount will be calculated immediately.
Please note: the 10% discount on your first order will not be applied if you're using a voucher as well.
