1. This promotion on February 8, 2020 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in The Netherlands and Belgium.
2. The promotion is valid from 8 February 2020 00:00:00 to 28 February 2020 23:59:59 in The Netherlands and Belgium.
3. During the promotion period, Participants will receive 30% extra discount at a minimum spend of €100. This promotion is applied to all items.
4. This promotion is only valid via purchases through outlet.g-star.com and official G-Star RAW outlet stores in The Netherlands and Belgium.
5. In the price shown on outlet.g-star.com, the applicable discount has not yet been applied.The price will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
6. The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 30 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. The Buyer will not be permitted to exchange the Product for another Product. If the Buyer wishes to purchase another Product he/she will have to place a new order on the Website.
7. This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers, with exception of the 10% discount on the customer's first order.
8. G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
9. Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.
10. G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.
11. In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.
12. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
