Bestellen
- Hoe kan ik iets bestellen?

Klik op “In winkelmand plaatsen” wanneer je een product wil kopen. Om de bestelling af te ronden, klik je op de winkelwagen rechtsboven in het scherm. Je gaat nu naar het betalingsproces, waarbij je je verzend- en factuuradres invult en een betalingsmethode kiest.
- Welke maat moet ik bestellen?

Om de juiste maat te vinden, kun je het best kijken in een goed zittend G-Star kledingstuk. Mocht je deze niet (meer) hebben, dan kun je de maattabel gebruiken op de productpagina. In de maattabel worden lichaamsafmetingen omgerekend naar G-Star kledingmaten.
- Krijg ik een bevestiging van bestelling?

Ja. Na ontvangst van je bestelling sturen wij je een bevestigingsmail. Is er wel geld afgeschreven, maar heb je geen bevestiging gekregen? Kijk dan ook even in je ongewenste e-mail. Als je een account hebt aangemaakt, staat je bestelling bovendien op je accountpagina.
- Hoe kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?

Er zijn twee manieren om de status van uw bestelling te controleren:
1) In uw G-Star-account: Wanneer u zich aanmeldt bij G-Star.com en naar "Mijn account" gaat, kunt u vervolgens op "Mijn bestellingen" klikken. Hier kunt u de status van de zending van uw bestelling controleren. Wanneer uw bestelling verwerkt is, wordt deze status weergegeven als "voltooid". Zodra de bestelling is verzonden, verandert de status naar "verzonden" en verschijnt het track and trace nummer onder de status. Wanneer u op de link klikt, wordt u naar de site van de verantwoordelijke koerier doorgestuurd. Houd er rekening mee dat de link pas geactiveerd wordt, wanneer de koerier het pakket heeft ontvangen.
1) E-mail: Wanneer het pakket verzonden is, ontvangt u een verzendbevestiging per e-mail met een trackinglink voor deze zending. Wanneer u op de link klikt, wordt u naar de site van de verantwoordelijke koerier doorgestuurd.
Houd er rekening mee dat de link pas geactiveerd wordt, wanneer de koerier het pakket heeft ontvangen. - Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen?

Als je je bestelling definitief heeft geplaatst en betaald, wordt de bestelling vrijwel meteen in ons magazijn verwerkt en klaar gemaakt voor vervoer. Zodra de status van je bestelling op 'voltooid' staat, kun je deze niet meer wijzigen. Wanneer je je bestelling hebt ontvangen, kun je je bestelling deels of in z'n geheel retourneren. Volg hiervoor de retourprocedure.
- Kan ik mijn bestelling annuleren?

Dat is afhankelijk van de verzendstatus. Neem zo snel mogelijk contact op met Customer Service en houd je bestelnummer bij de hand. Wanneer je bestelling eenmaal is verwerkt, kan deze niet meer worden geannuleerd.
- Kan ik een ander bezorgadres kiezen?

Ja, in het check-out proces kun je kiezen voor 'Nieuw adres toevoegen'. Hier kun je een ander adres opgeven dan het factuuradres.
- Can I create a new password?

Yes. Click on 'Forgotten password?' and enter your email address. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can enter a new password.

Payment
- Which payment methods are available?

At the bottom of each page, you will find the different payment methods.
- Can multiple discounts be applied to my order (including vouchers)?

No. Per order, only one type of (voucher) discount can be applied.
If the voucher code is valid, the discount will be calculated immediately.
Please note: the 10% discount on your first order will not be applied if you're using a voucher as well. - Where can I fill in my voucher code?

Clicking on Shopping cart will open a page containing an overview of your order.
Under your item(s), you'll find the text 'Do you have a voucher code?'; then click to enter the code. - Will I receive an invoice of my order?

Yes. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. The invoice, and a Returns form, will be included with the items that we send to you.
- Is there a maximum order amount?

For all payment methods, a maximum of 1000 EUR per order is managed. Except American Express payment method, for which a maximum of 370 EUR per order is managed.
- Is it safe to pay online at G-Star?

Yes. Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. We use this technology to encrypt sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your information from being accessed when you are submitting it.
- How does a payment with a credit card work?

If you want to pay using a credit card, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, name, expiry date, CVC code and possibly a 3D secured password during Step 4 of the payment process. The amount will be debited from your credit card supplier instantly. Payments to G-Star are processed by an external certified company, guaranteeing your privacy.
- How does a payment with PayPal work?

PayPal is a very safe payment method and all your purchases are protected by PayPal's Purchase Protection guarantee. Choose PayPal at the checkout and you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment.

Delivery
- What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs for your order are: € 5.95. Delivery is free for all orders above € 150.
Delivery prices may vary during promotions and offers. - What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Where can I receive my order?

Your G-Star Outlet order can be delivered to:
- An address of your choosing, for example your home or work address (no P.O. box)
- A UPS Access Point/ Kiala Point (click here for an overview) - Can I choose a delivery address abroad?

No. Deliveries abroad are not available at this time. The delivery address must be in the same country as the Online Store in question.
- What if no one is present to receive the delivery?

UPS will try to deliver your package three times. If possible, the UPS courier will deliver the package to one of your neighbours. If the third attempt to deliver your package fails, UPS will leave it at your nearest UPS / Kiala point. Your package will be held there for a period of 14 days.
- Will the delivery costs of my returned item(s) be reimbursed?

The delivery costs will only be reimbursed when an entire order is returned.

Returns
- How can I return my order?
-
You can return an article up to 30 days after receiving it. Fill in the attached return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return. You have two options for returning your order. For more info, see 'What are the return options?'. Make sure that your package is sent back using UPS. In your package, you'll find a Return label for UPS.
Returning packages using a different courier is at your own risk. If anything should happen to the package, G-Star cannot be held liable.There are two options to return your products to us:
1. UPS Access Point
The enclosed label in your package contains the address to which the packet needs to be returned. You can return your order through a UPS Access Point. When we have received your return package, you will receive an e-mail notification from us.2. Pick up by UPS
Please contact UPS customer service to arrange a pick up by telephone: 03457 877877. Once the pick-up is arranged please fill in the return form which you can find in your parcel. Stick the preprinted return label on the box with your return order. Hand over your return to the UPS driver. You will receive a deposit slip from the driver, please keep this slip for future reference until receipt of your shipment is confirmed by G-Star. When we have received your return package, you will receive an e-mail notification from us. - What are the rules concerning returning items?

You can return items to us within 30 days after receiving them.
You may try on the items (except underwear) but, if you intend to return them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up any stains and/ or unpleasant odours; we check all returned clothing.
Make sure you return the items, with their original labels, in their original packaging.
Underwear may only be returned in its original, unopened packaging. If you are returning shoes, you must put the original shoe box in another box.
You cannot exchange items; if you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order.
When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method, to your account.
G-STAR holds the right to send items back to the customer in case the item looks washed, worn or shows any form of damage that is clearly not a production flaw.
- When will I receive my money back?

The amount will be reimbursed to your bank or credit card account within 1 week after your package has been received by our warehouse.
- Can I return an order if I no longer have the original box?

Yes. Please put the items you want to return in sturdy packaging (cardboard box) so they will not be damaged.
- Can I exchange an item for another size?
-
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any articles. The purchase amount of all the returned items will be reimbursed as
soon as our Distribution Centre has received them. If you wish to exchange any articles, please place a new order. - How long does it take to process a return?

From the moment you've returned your order it can take up to a week before we receive your order at our Distribution Centre. We check every returned order. As soon as this check has been made, we order the reimbursement of (a part of) your payment. It can take up to a week for you to receive your reimbursement depending on your payment method (bank, credit card etc.).
